Laredo College dance students will once again bring art to life during their upcoming Winter Dance Concert on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. in the Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Center.
The concert will showcase a variety of dance performances, with over a dozen pieces across multiple genres. Student choreographers will show off their hard work and dedication on stage after a semester of preparations, ultimately leading to the audience witnessing their exceptional growth as performers and choreographers.
The concert will feature the LC Dance Theatre directed by Patricia J. Godines, along with LC Dance Faculty Cristina Greco, William Hauserman, LC student choreographers, LC dance alumni and other special guests.
“I’m looking forward to a wonderful event that includes LC dance majors, LC dance alumni, guests and a special tribute to William Hauserman, who will be retiring soon,” Godines said. “The dancers have been working so hard in preparation for this special event.”
Tickets for general admission are $10, and tickets for students and senior citizens with a valid ID are $5. General seating is available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
